Damien joined the practice in 2022 having been a Senior Associate at Aukett Swanke and Veretec. He has worked extensively with Elias Niazi and Peter Eaton. He has over 20 years experience in designing and delivering complex large scale projects including science and technology buildings. He as a proved track record in both the design and construction stages and has recently led a number of challenging projects in the UK. He has also worked designed and delivered commercial office both new build and refurbishment, student housing, higher education and retail sector.

Damien has a particular interest in the technical development of materials and the advancement of building envelope design and enjoys the careful detailing and expression of materials to create the finely crafted buildings. Damien is an experienced project leader, with the quality of an artisan. His attention to detail is remarkable.

He is currently project director on a new 220,000 SF life science laboratory building in Oxford, that is due for completion in 2025.
