Peter is an advisor to the practice and future chair of our proposed Employee-Owned Trust. Peter was Director of Office, Sciences and Technology sector at Aukett Swanke until he retired in 2018.

He has over 35 years’ experience in large complex masterplans, speculative office and laboratory developments, with many award-winning projects in this sector. He has a special interest and considerable experience in planning strategy, master planning, regeneration, urban design and landscape projects.

At Aukett Swanke, Peter was the Director responsible for delivering a number of life science laboratory buildings, office developments and masterplans, especially in Cambridge including at Granta Park, Cambridge Science Park, St Johns Innovation Park, Addenbrookes Biomedical Campus, and Cambourne Business Park. Other projects include Imperial White City Campus, Procter & Gamble Schwalbach, Frankfurt, Glaxo Wellcome Biotech, Kent, Glaxo Greenford HQ, and NATS HQ, Southampton.

Peter is a Design Review Panellist for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and a Civic Trust Award Assessor.
